Best in profession awards — is a contest for the employees in different nominations, where each member of the company has the opportunity to demonstrate his/her professional skills and talents.

Contest goals and objectives:

The contest promotes the company’s professions popularization, key company’s employees’ determination and adaptation of new initiatives aimed at efficiency improvement.

Basic terms of participation:

  • line manager short listing (employee’s effectiveness assessment);
  • personal wish to demonstrate professional skills and talents.

 Stages of the preparation and holding “the Best in profession awards” competition:

1. Preparation of the competition.

Aim of the stage: аorm the nomination check-list, confirm the lists of the workgroups and
assessment committees; prepare the tasks for the theoretical and practical stages.
Result of the stage: the lists of the workgroups and assessment committees as well as the tasks for the theoretical and practical stages are confirmed within the framework of the competition nominations.

2. Participants invitation.

Aim of the stage: аorm the list of participants in each nomination.
Result of the stage: еhe list of participants in each nomination is confirmed. All the participants are informed about competition enlistment, the timescales and stages of the competition.

3. Theoretical stage of the competition.

Aim of the stage: holding the theoretical stage of the competition in all the nominations.
Result of the stage: theoretical stage results are summarized, the participants taking part in the practical stage are determined.

4. Practical stage of the competition.

Aim of the stage: holding the practical stage of the competition in all the nominations.
Result of the stage: practical stage results are summarized, the winners in each nomination are selected .

5. Awarding the winners of the competition.

Aim of the stage: organization and holding the winners’ awarding ceremony in each nomination.
Result of the stage: the awarding procedure is agreed and held with the participation of the company’s executives.
