Dear friends!

We are glad to inform you of the start of the contest “Best in Profession” which will be held in the company for the second time.

In 2014 contest we determined the winners in 25 nominations.

Now, in recognition of our colleagues’ merits, it’s time to carry on and make it a corporate tradition.

Everybody who is proud of their professional achievements, who is once again ready to demonstrate profound knowledge and devotion to work – all are invited to take an active part in our professional skill competition!

We have taken into account your suggestions and made a list consisting of 46 nominations. There will be held a two-stage competition in each nomination:

• At the first stage the participants will have to write an essay (1-2 pages) covering the following issues (in accordance with the revised version of the labor contract, which we can send you on your request):

– Who are my customers?

– How do I understand the phrase “Labor which benefits our customers”?

– How does my labor benefit the company and its customers? Which risks do I forestall?

• The second stage is practical: the participants will have a chance to demonstrate their individual professional skills when completing certain production tasks.
