Succession System and Management Reserve Training Programs

Succession is a process of sharing corporate, management and professional knowledge and skills, cultural values and traditions with one generation of leaders by another and mastering those.

An individual succession program is developed for every successor to key executive positions and aimed at training him/her to take over a certain position in the management structure. This plan includes both obligatory (common for all successors) and individual measures to develop professional and management skills and knowledge.
