“The president’s speech made us reconsider the top managers’ evaluation of the situation”.

Among the teachers of the two-day training in Sharjah were the company president Alexey Isaykin, the vice president on the organizational development Dmitry Obsharov, the director of the aviation accident prevention department Eleonora Surina.

The opening statement was made by the director of the Corporate Education department Galina Isaykina.  Dynamic interaction with the audience revealed that around 30 training participants were the company newcomers, working there for about a year. They really appreciated the chance to learn about the company experience accumulated for 25 years.

The program participants discussed the role of the executive officer in the company, management impacts, feedback techniques, organization of the management accounting, – these are some of the training focus areas.

The program will allow the company to expedite the young executives’ position adaptation period and will contribute to fostering the new generation of leaders whose commitment will inspire their employees.

Is studying boring? But not in the Corporate University!

– This is a professional team tuned for achievements, ready to realize the company objectives, – says Eleonora Surina. – It’s important to share the same information field and have the same values for the professional community scattered around the world to be capable of achieving results.

This is what the participants shared about the training:

Michael Khoroshaev, the VD Gulf general director:
– The training exceeded all expectations! The president’s speech made us reconsider the top managers’ evaluation of the situation. His words and reflections were being discussed for two training days, and are still being discussed now at and out of work. Appreciate!   The teachers are very professional – they don’t just lecture, they share their knowledge. They very well informed us about the current company opportunities. I remember how were getting ready for the training. We didn’t know a thing about it but were 100% involved in preparation.

Alexander Palkin, the HR and organizational development manager, VD Gulf:
– It was super! All participants are immensely satisfied and thankful and hope to continue. Both days were very dynamic with no lectures, which really appealed to the audience. The participants were totally involved in the process of thinking and discussing. The first day feedback showed that all of them were really inspired the Alexey Isaykin’s speech. And I would like to add that we are on the right way!

Philip Lowis, the technical operational director, VD Gulf:
– The “motivation” speech is the most valuable experience of this training. Other advantages of the program 1) a common understanding of the company strategic goals; 2) a considerable time was devoted to the company best practices; 3) better results were demonstrated in the team work.

Dmitry Neschetny,  the IT director, VD Gulf:
– I liked the training. It was very well organized. Hope the training program will continue this year!

Andrey Girin,  the VD Gulf lawyer:
– The advantages of the training are in its clarity, ability and desire to convey the information, create friendly training atmosphere and provide adequate feedback.
