Leadership workshop with Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer was held last week at Corporate university online venue.

Andreas spoke in detail about “Volga-Dnepr” strategy, transformation and leadership. He noted that leadership is about Inspiring people, organizing work, changing and reacting to change.

“It is very important that employees are aware of the strategy of the Monocompany, can clearly define their role in its implementation, make and implement decisions that would support the strategy”, shares one of the attendees. “Knowledge and understanding of the strategy can increase employee engagement. It is a good catalyst for the company’s success.”
