With No Barriers to Fly…

The unique Corporate University program “Entertaining management for kids and adults” earlier run in Ulyanovsk has successfully been launched in Moscow. Nearly 40 kids aged 8 to 14 and their parents participated in the opening seminar.

There were a lot of tasks in the agenda – trying all the sweets, being photographed on the background of the aircraft, trying on a pilot’s uniform, and the most important – talking to the President.

1

«When the aircraft is that close you want to examine it in detail»

2

Young participants inscribed the balloons with their expectations and things they are ready to do to help the project, for example “Listen carefully and learn”.

“Building and strengthening the route network is our business!” The kids got familiar with the route network of the international company…

… and with the company customers.

6

The participants listened carefully and asked questions: “What do we transport? Who for?”, “Is it possible to carry a zoo on board the plane? What about a giant skating rink?” And they were delighted to learn that yes, it’s possible.

7

The seminar results were summarized in the president’s conference room.

8

There were also invited to the room where most important decisions were made – to the President’s office.

9

– Wow! Can you see the airport from your window? – the kids asked. – Yes, I can see the aircraft taking off, – the president replied. – Of course it’s important to control all the flights of our aircraft, – the children summarized.

91

The senior participants created and presented their expectations of the project in the form of aviation-specific collage.

92

«Working on the collage was a teamwork. And this was very important!»

94

The kids learned about brands, participated in hot debates on what and where the company transported and were really surprised to know that the company transported all the presented brands (over 40), which was proved by Nikolay Glushnev, the ABC Operations director.

There kids said that they would remember the meeting for a long time and that they were looking forward to the next one, which would take place in May. They will have to learn in practice what a flight dispatcher shall know to control airspace.
