If aviation is your calling and you want to progress in it achieving new professional heights, if you would like to unlock your innovative abilities and get a chance to realize your ideas at the highest level with your name included in the top list of the company key specialists, then we invite you to fill in the application form to become a participant of the contest “Best in Profession-2016”.

The contest was initiated by Corporate University in 2014 and is held annually: 200 Volga-Dnepr employees across the world from the company different Structural Units and departments participated in the contest in previous two years. 50 of them were awarded as the contest winners.

Contest procedure

1-st stage: Collecting applications for participation in the contest – not later than  28.11.2016

To become a contest participant fill in and submit the application from

All applications will be processed; all applicants will be notified as soon as they are included  in the list of the contest participants.

2-d stage: Theoretical stage –  from 01.12.2016 to 16.12.2016

The Contest jury will assess participants’ professional competencies. Participants with best results will be allowed to the next contest stage – practical.

3-d stage:  Practical  stage  – from 19.12.2016 to 16.01.2017

The Contest jury will assess the participants’ willingness to apply their professional knowledge to contribute to the company growth and development. Participants are to write an essay with the focus on one of the company values:

• Knowledge sharing (to describe personal operational experience);
• Ongoing development and transformation (to present Business Initiative implementation plan aimed at the enhancement of efficiency/operational quality).
