Entertaining Management – Lesson Four!
How to figure out who you really are – a creator, an analyst, a diplomat or, maybe, a researcher? This and other secrets of HR managers were disclosed to the children on May 30 on another lesson within the Entertaining management program.
This time two experts Tatiana Vrazhnova, deputy HR director VDA and ABC, and Tatiana Sokolova, CU senior specialist on corporate training, shared their knowledge.
Tatiana Vrazhnova spoke to the children about different team roles, and then helped them to identify and understand their leading roles. Then she announced the beginning of the game. The children had to implement the new knowledge to check their interaction. They managed it!
Tatiana Sokolova spoke to the children about the importance of personnel training through the example of CU Schools. As a task the children had to pass each other a “knowledge” balloon with the help of cocktail straws. It was real fun, though not easy!
At the end of the lesson the program organizers announced the end of the first program term, congratulated the children and held the prize drawing.
The seminar on personnel management crowned the first term of the program “Entertaining management for kids and adults” – the project organized by Corporate University to transfer the company experts unique experience through the integration of the two worlds – the kids’ and the adults’.
The second term of the program will start in September. A lot more of exciting lessons and surprises are still ahead. So far, Corporate University wishes all the project participants to enjoy the holiday season and to have sunny and unforgettable summer!
