– The training session under general directors schooling, featuring Olga Popova was well-organized and really effective!” – shared his impressions Dmitriy Levushkin, Deputy FOCC Manager, SCO and Services for External Organizations, VDA. – I feel grateful to Corporate University for providing an opportunity to obtain concentrated knowledge from one of GE’s HR leading experts, on the following topics: 1. Emotional Intelligence as a Tool for Effective International Team Management. 2. Team Development Stages. 3. International Team and Cross-Cultural Communication Peculiarities. The first topic was the one I and a lot of my co-workers had suggested. I consider that the methods of giving information, applied by Olga, is the shortest way to get across the greatest amount of info on a planned topic to attentive public. By the way, since I had already known a lot on this subject, I was lucky to obtain and single out new information because I looked at the issue from the point of view of Chemistry, Biology and Psychology at the same time. The knowledge gained can be successfully applied in practice.
During the second day, we were given an excellent opportunity to gather with co-workers and discuss vital issues: operating bases, interaction between regions, partnership projects, as well as to receive live feedback from Mr. Isaykin.
VDA_5099Corporate University platform is a good glue that enables us to consolidate our great team. Thanks to Corporate University manager and the whole team for consistency, creativity and openness!

– Participation in general directors schooling process impressed me with a new experience of immersion in the theory of communication styles and emotional intelligence, – added Ivan Strelnikov, CCO Director АРАС, VDA office in Hanoi. – It was interesting to learn accents and differences, the ways they influence speed and stimuli when taking decisions for each style. It was useful to see Sergey Lazarev’s presentation on changes in the SCO organizational model during ABC’s existence; receive feedback on sources of positive and negative results from the viewpoint of centralization of regional management.
