A new leadership training program of the Corporate University “Managerial skill basic” has developed with this purpose, The two-day program was successfully launched in Moscow in late June. The goal of this program is to introduce young leaders with a set of management technologies and practice adopted by the company.

The participants of the program began the discussion with the manager’s role in organization. Technology of the feedback, management reporting, budgeting, controlling the decisions and preparation for meetings – this are only a few topic of the training. The trainers are highly-qualified managers of our company which have with valuable practical experience, theoretical knowledge and knowledge of modern teaching methods. We plan to create an e-learning course on the basis of the materials of this seminar in the near future.

This program definitely helps the company to accelerate the adaptation of young leaders and will contribute to the development of a new generation of leaders, which will inspire their employees to work with discipline of excellence.
