The participants managed the task brilliantly and guessed that the messages contained the encoded names of the cities where Volga-Dnepr Group has its offices.
The first class of the project was meant to get the kids familiar with the global company. They learnt about traditions of the countries of VD presence. And at the end of the day, having overcome all the challenges, they got the “boarding passes” of the project participants.

But then we realized the importance of the ability to “build bridges”, to speak the same language with our customers and colleagues from different countries, – explained monsieur Andre, part time sales manager, VDA, Andrey Gulyayanovsky. – And I think we managed it.
Andrey speaks fluently three languages and communicates with the company customers around the world. He was honored to conduct the first class of the project.
