Mentoring in Volga-Dnepr Group
Mentoring is one of the core forms of accumulating and sharing with a newcomer or less experienced employee by an experienced one and developing unique obvious and implicit knowledge and skills of benefiting Customer, which are mainly implemented at place of work.
There are 3 types of mentoring in the company:
- Adaptive Mentoring is a mentoring aimed at having an employee acquainted with the company, a department or team.
- Functional Mentoring is a mentoring aimed at sharing professional experience with a trainee and developing professional skills.
- Reserve Mentoring is a mentoring aimed at sharing management experience with a trainee and developing his/her management competences.
