Goals:
- To train 90% of managers responsible for flight safety in the skills of working according to the V-D standards and working out probabilistic approaches to danger factors.
- To train the managers in using the Manual on aviation accident prevention (to know it inside out).
- To learn how the systems created in the group of companies work.
- To get feedback from the practicians (those in charge of the flight safety) on the work according to the standards, to make changes if necessary.
