FINAL STRAIGHT! A RESOUNDING 3:0 VICTORY


“Entertaining Management for Kids and Adults” Project of the Corporate University held in Ulyanovsk came to an end on the last day of spring. All teams performed their final tasks…

…and then celebrated their successful results!

Entertaining Management for Kids and Adults” Project was launched in Ulyanovsk by the Corporate University in 2015 with the aim to share the Company experts’ experience through uniting the kids’ and adults’ worlds. Being the project participants, children of the Group employees and students of Istochnik Private School were trained to work in teams and manage the time, got acquainted with project work and risk management, practiced their presentation skills and found out the secrets of the international Group success.

Creating a video clip about the Group values was the final task for kids. The teams did a great work: they interviewed experts, collected a lot of facts about the company, added a bit of humor to the whole process and even created a cartoon. Children noted that it was difficult for them to arrange the teamwork and allocate the tasks in effective way. But they were managed to succeed!

The Jury was consisted of Alexander Sidorin, Advising Mentor of General Director, Anastasia Martynova, Knowledge Center Project Leader, and Tatyana Sokolova, Lead Specialist Corporate Education. All teams did their best to perform the task in a creative way, that’s why it was extremely difficult to choose the winner.

The video showing that development of employees is the key to the company success has been chosen as the most creative work.

The video presenting Volga-Dnepr Group as the leader of cargo transportation market has been chosen as the most informative work.

The most professional video about the Company’s core value – “work” – has become the winner. It is not just a video clip, but the cartoon in English.

All project participants were awarded with certificates and gifts. Then all the kids went to the “Family Club” Entertainment Center to celebrate successful project completion.

So then, gifts were presented, experience and knowledge were acquired, project goals were achieved. Participants got acquainted with such values as Work, Health, Safety, Development, Family and Honesty. They also looked into the adults’ world and, through the training games and real practice, formed an opinion about their future profession…
