Education is inspiring!

Every month Corporate University holds various training events: workshops, training and business sessions, professional conferences. And not only do our trainers give our participants the necessary knowledge, but also receive sincere positive feedback. Below you can find some feedback on some training sessions.

Training sessions for new employees were held in Moscow in May and June. Trainers were Eleonora Surina, Director Aviation Accident Prevention and Flight Safety Management, VDM and Ekaterina Furenkova, Lead Specialist Business Ethics, VDM.

The participants shared their impressions:

Vadim Lakhno, Deputy Director E-commerce, ABC:

– As for me, key events were:

  • Excellent motivating energy from Eleonora Surina (the fact that it has been over a month, but the energy stays the same is really illustrative);
  • All issues set out in the circular diagram were considered and explained to all participants, i.e. each one got out of the training session everything he / she wanted to;
  • The idea of business ethics regulation seems really interesting to me. However, I think all Group’s values are / should be the core of any developed personality. Anyway, I did not have to adjust myself to any of the provisions of the Code.

In general, I was positively impressed!

Mikhail Trushenko, First Officer Boeing 747, ABC:

– The onboarding course passed in the blink of an eye! I was glad to learn the history of the company, its plans and get to know the team. I was happy to know that Volga-Dnepr strived for development and new goal achievement. What I enjoyed most was the video on the values. Thanks a lot for this training session!

Marat Krupnov, Lead Structural Engineer Electric Equipment, VDA:

– I learned the history of the company, its structure, milestones. It was interesting to listen to the reporters!

Another training session for the operational management reserve was held in June, 19th and concerned Manager’s Legal Responsibility. Trainers were Ivan Goryunov, Senior Legal Advisor, VDM and Olga Salmina, Senior Legal Advisor, VDA.

The participants shared their impressions:

Kristina Larina, Lead Specialist Personnel Assessment and Development, VDTM:

– I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the trainers! The training session was held on a high proficiency level, adjusted to the listeners, information was presented in a clear and structured form, relevant topics were brought up and all set questions were answered. In the course of the training session I learnt a lot of new, interesting and useful information, which I am determined to apply in my operational activities. Thanks a lot!

Karina Ashikaryan, Head of Customs Support Methodology and Statistics, ABC:

– I enjoyed the training session. Olga presents information vividly and involves participants into the process. Being a Manager, I found it very useful to refresh my memory regarding rights and obligations. It was interesting to figure out the types of legal responsibility.
