One Saturday morning the company office in Moscow got filled with kids’ voices again. That nice day the flights were controlled by Innokentiy Roschupkin, his team of professionals from ABC and a group of kids, participants of the CU unique project “Entertainment management for kids and adults”.

The task was not easy as it was necessary to find an appropriate alternate for a technical landing.

The kids went through several stages to manage the task. They received and decoded meteorological reports for each airport.

As all the information got analyzed, the team made decision to fly via Dubai! Nobody guessed that it was a game except kids’ parents. This game showed children what flight dispatchers should know and how a team could deal with a serious task doing it in steps.

Alexey Isaykin, the company president, wished the kids to become stronger to be able to continue their participation in “Entertaining management” in September. They will see it in practice what flight dispatchers should know to control the flights.
